Oath not broken if the reason for swearing was misconceived

Parents are not enjoined to make their babies sleep on the right side
As-salaamu 3laikum, I know that it is from the sunnah to lie on your right side to sleep. I would like to know if it is also sunnah for parents to put their babies on their right side to sleep, or is it only for those who can change position by themselves? Swearing that one is a disbeliever if a certain thing occurs

Eating food that fell on floor is good conduct, not an obligation

Feeding ten poor people for oath expiation does not have to be done in one day

Good conduct in hospitality to guests in Islam
As Salaamu Alaikum I would like to know what is the proper way to proceed when one invites several families for dinner in our house at a fix time and one family all the time comes more than half and hour late and do not call to say they are ranning late . Expiation not required for an oath based on strong belief
