Saying a different Du‘aa’ in each Sujood in one prayer

Interrupting obligatory prayer to be checked up by the doctor
Salam Alaikoum, I was in the hospital in the US for few weeks and couldn't move from my hospital bed. I was interrupted during my salat couple of times by my doctor or nurses who come to check on me and I had to break my salat to let them do a check up or run tests. If the Du‘aa’ Al-Istiftaah is missed, it should be omitted

Narration about bending index finger in Tashahhud is weak
In his book At-Tammam Al-Minnah, Al-Albani grades the Hadith of Malik bin Numayr Al-Khuza'i regarding the bending of the finger in the Tashahhud as being Da'if because his condition is unknown as per Adh-Dhahabi.
