Disagreement of a husband and a wife concerning the numbers of divorce
If a married person has given his wife Talaaq. Wants to divorce her gambling, drug-using husband

Waiting period has expired before the court verdict
Non-Muslim woman married a Muslim man and they are apart since about 6 months now waiting for the court to give everyone his rights and now she became a Muslim so is she allow to marry another man or she has to wait for the court and that could take about1year ? Please we live in Non-Muslim land.
