Zakah on land whose whole price has not been paid yet
Assalamualaikum, my question is regarding zakaat,, i buy an open land (for business) on installments for 5 years, & in last 2 years I paid 200000 rupees & balance is 300000 rupees I have to pay in next 3 years, my question is should I pay zakaat on this 200000 rupees which I paid to the owner ?or after finishing all the installments ? plz reply.jazaak.. No Zakah is due on lost or stolen money

Zakah on a gift of gold for wife and minor children
Can a Father buy a gold 1. For his 3 years old son around 60 gms, thinking that he will use this gold on his education when he grows up. 2. A manager of orphanage is not allowed to eat from the charity given to the orphans
khaid works at charitable trust which conduct many residential madrasa for the poor and orphanage, so he appointed with honorarium of 5000rs included food and accommodation. he pays for this 500rs per month separately. now if animal of sadqah and any other stuff of zakat and sadqah cooked at madrsa for children. will he can eat of this food or not?
