Wants to give her estates to her sister, nieces and nephews
Assalamualikum!
I am a Sunni Muslim. Besides following faraid rules in the distribution of one's estate, are there any other rules we can follow. I am a single woman, never married. His dead mother's unpaid bank loan is covered by insurance
Assalamou Alaykom,
My mother had made before her death a bank loan. She died before she could give back the totality of the money to the bank. Legally, the insurance company has to give back the money to the bank in case of death (because it is obliged to pay insurance when taking a loan). Is it legal to God? Otherwise what do I need to do the "takfeer"?

Working in a store in which unlawful money is invested

A forbidden form of rental/leasing contract

I want to ask you about ruling on rental/leasing contract. If in the rental/leasing contract, it is clearly mentioned that the past payments will be refunded except rental in case buyer can not pay further payments. Is this kind of contract permissible.

Took a commission from a customer without her husband's knowledge

A worker has no much work to do during work time
