Benefiting from money given by the employer for accommodation

Using interest money to pay off loan interests
I have an educational loan which I pay 4% interest on. I cannot pay the whole amount right now in one shot. I am planning to pay it off in one year Inshaa Allaah. I am gaining interest of 3% on my bank's savings account (the amount of my savings currently cannot repay the educational loan debt). Can I use the interest I gain from savings account.. More

Dispute over an inherited property

Not paid the minimum wage by his employer

Buying partner's share if its value has increased
I bought a house with another brother we share it I have 75% and the other brother owns 25% of the house, after a year the brother wants to buy another 25% so we become equal share 50-50% of the house.
