Permissibility of government contribution to a child's college fund
Salm alkm.i would like to know if the government contribution towards the savings of a child's college fund is RIBA. They say if you open up an account for college savings they deposit for you $500 per year and they also give you 25 percent of what you save per year. Should we consider it permissible or no? .. More

Paying interest for late tax payment due to the accountant’s mistake
Salam; I live in Canada and i have been charged an interest for filing my business tax late (due to the accountant) even though i paid it on the due date but Revenue Canada (Tax Ministry) received the amount late.
