Borrowing money from mother whose money is ill-gotten
Salam. Is it permissible to take a non-interest loan of £50000-£100000 from my mum when I have other siblings who haven’t asked for a loan? Ruling on buying grain before it is harvested

Mortgage insurance when buying a house
I bought a house via a mortgage in UK and was advised to apply for mortgage cover plan (life cover) in which I have to pay a monthly fixed payment for the duration of the mortgage.
