Ruling on a woman who hates wearing the Hijab

My wife wears the Niqaab and she wants to know whether it is permissible to unveil her face in front of my brother and her sister's husband given that the entire family lives in the same house. Wearing Hijab does not contradict scientific progress
I urge you, for the sake of Islam and Muslims, to focus on important issues, such as investing money in developing the scientific field and the arms industry for the purpose of self-defense and stop discussing minor issues such as Hijaab.
