Are there any specific ruling on the position of Ru'kuu while in Salah? I heard someone say that when you are in Ru'kuu your fingers should be straight, and not spread. And your palm should rest exactly upon your knee, and not above it...

A worker praying sitting so that his boss would not see him praying

Raising hands when saying Takbeer in the prayer
If one did not say the Tasbeeh during Ruku or Sujud, is the prayer valid and does it require Sujud Sawh. Procedures in the prayer
After every movement in prayer we say Allahu Akbar. But in I'thidal we say Subhana Rabbial Adheem. Why? One scholar told me that Siddique (may Allah's Mercy be on him) once when he came for prayer was late and was about to miss the 1st Raka'h but he soon joined the Prophet (peace be on him) in Rukoo and that is why Prophet (peace be upon him)..
