Praying with one's arms lengthwise on the floor (ground)

Position of knees and hands in prostration
In Salih Ibn Uthaymeen's book about prayer "Al-Sharh Al-Mumti" I've found a Hadith from Wail bin Hujr that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) used to support himself while he was getting up in prayer on his knees while his hands were on his thighs. Muslimah Does Not Remove Niqab During Prayer At School For Fear of Being Seen By Boys

Prophet raising from Sujud by clenched fists
In sheik Al-bani's book it says that the Prophet (Peace and blessing be upon him) used to clench his fist to support when getting up from Sajadha, but I rarely see anyone doing that (among those who follow the Sunnah strictly), or is that Hadith a weak one?
