Question
assalam-u-aliakum
I recently had my 2nd misscarriage and both of them are in about 6 weeks i think at this time there is no soul in the baby i want to ask that unborn child will......act as sheild for its parents..........does this also apply for the miscarraige this soon . or is it for the child miscarried later .
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam is His Slave and Messenger.
It is narrated in an authentic Hadeeth from the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, that he said: "No doubt, the miscarried fetus would drive his mother, by his umbilical cord, to Paradise, should she hope the reward for that (miscarriage) from Allaah The Almighty." [Ahmad and Ibn Maajah; Al-Albaani said it is Saheeh (authentic)]
Apparently - and Allaah Knows best - this applies only to a fetus into which the soul was breathed, which does not occur but after the elapse of one hundred and twenty days, as confirmed in the Hadeeth narrated by both Al-Bukhari and Muslim. Al-Haafith Ibn Hajar 
said: “Scholars unanimously agree that the soul is not breathed into the fetus but after four months have elapsed."
Undoubtedly, if the parents are patient and hope for the reward for the miscarriage of their two fetuses from Allaah The Almighty, they would receive a great reward from the Generous Lord. In this respect, it is narrated on the authority of ‘Aa’ishah, the Mother of Believers 
that she said: The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: "No calamity befalls a Muslim but that Allaah Expiates some of his sins because of it, even if it is a prick he receives from a thorn." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
It is further narrated on the authority of Abu Sa‘eed Al-Khudri and Abu Hurayrah 
that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: “No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah Expiates some of his sins because of that." [Al-Bukhari]
Here, we should bring to attention that the expression "to screen her from the Hellfire" is reported only in connection with the loss of a child, and not with miscarriage. In this context, it is narrated on the authority of Abu Sa‘eed Al-Khudri 
that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, addressed women saying: "No woman among you loses three of her children but that they would screen her from the Hellfire." A woman said: "And also (when she loses) two?" he, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, answered in the affirmative." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Furthermore, it is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said: "Whoever loses two or three of his children who have not yet reached puberty, and he hopes the reward for that from Allaah The Almighty, they would be a shield for him from the Hellfire." [Sunan Al-Bayhaqi]
