If you are asking whether it is permissible to take a Mus-haf home from the mosque to own it, the answer is that it is not permissible for you to take any of the Mus-hafs which are devoted to the exclusive use of the mosque. However, if there is an old copy that people do not benefit from, you are allowed to take it and substitute it with another one that people can use.
