Asalamu aleikum wr wb dear sheikh..
Firstly am a student in a mixed collage, and to avoid fitnah i was thinkin to start niqab and stop the collage since we dont have any collage for women. A sister adviced me to wear a niqab, and I know and feel that I have to take niqab for the looks a get from men both from the class and outsite even thoughe I'm wearing full hijab and gloves alhamdulillah. Everywhere I go, I experience men looking at me and some of them can even come and ask me if i was married or number (these men are muslims). My dad and mom refuses me to wear niqab, because my studies are important they say. And I have plans of moving away from this country to an islamic country inshaALLAH and learn about Islam and memorize the quran ect. Move far away from all this harram things and use my live to make up all the bad and harram things I have done. And if i should do all that at my home, its really hard to do it since am the only one who prays and practise islam here. My mom and siplings plays music all the time and if i tell my mom to stop listening to it and tell her to fear ALLAH she will get angry with me and start beating our yelling ALLAH aclam. If my mother gets angry with me, she will says that she will burn or tear my hijab into pieces. Its so hard to concentrate when ever i come home, whenever my imaan is good and i make plans of keep doin ibada at home I see my self doing somethin els, the Tv and music is runing all most everday and I only find moving to an islamic country the best way for myself inshaALLAH...

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, may Allaah reward you and protect you and your religion and enable you to perform more good deeds.
We advise you to be patient as patience is the key for every good. Many religious texts were mentioned about the excellence of patience and we mentioned some of it in Fatwa 83577.
You should be keen on admonishing your parents and reminding them of Allaah in a nice and gentle manner and you should choose a suitable time for doing so. You should supplicate Allaah as much as possible to guide them as He might guide them thanks to you. It is confirmed that the Prophet said: “If Allaah guides one single man (to Islam) by your efforts, that will be better for you than possessing an abundant number of red camels (a very expensive breed of camels).” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
As regards migration, it is a good thing and this is something religiously required. But where would you go while your parents reside in your non-Muslim country? With whom would you live in a Muslim country to which you will migrate? Therefore, we advise you to look for a pious husband who would help you in this matter of migration or at least to take you away from your home and he would help you in your religious matters. It should be noted that it is permissible for a woman to propose marriage to men provided she observes the religious conditions; for more benefit, please refer to Fatwa 82471. You may also seek the help of some pious Muslim sisters in this regard.
According to the most preponderant opinion of the scholars, may Allaah
have mercy upon them, it is an obligation upon a woman to cover her face as clarified in Fatawa 83033. Therefore, you are obliged to observe Niqaab (face covering) even if your mother refuses it as there is no obedience to a creature in disobeying the Creator. However, if you fear a real harm or you predominantly think to have a real harm, then you may reveal your face but you should go out only when necessary.
As regards studying in mixed universities, this is not permissible and you should endeavour to find a way for distant learning in order to avoid this mixing. Nonetheless, if you cannot find a way for this, and you are in a dire necessity to do these studies, then it is permissible for you to continue doing it but you should only go to the university when needed, but when your necessity does no longer exist, like by getting married for instance, you are obliged to stop these studies immediately.
Allaah Knows best.
