Fatwa CenterThree Prophetic Ahaadeeth
Question
As Salam Alaykum.
Let me know the aunthenticty of the following Ahadeeth :
1. Prophet SAW said"Indeed Allah has placed barrier between the innovator and repentance"
2.Prophet SAW said "Allah's curse is on the one who accomodate an innovator"
3.Prophet SAW said "The increase in knowledge is dearer to me than increase in Ibaadah and the most excellent thing in your religion is Taqwaa"
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
The first Hadeeth was reported by At-Tabaraani 
in “Al-Awsat”, and it was reported by Adh-Dhiyaa’ in “Al-Mukhtaarah”, and Shaykh Al-Albaani classified it as Saheeh [sound] in “Saheeh Al-Jaami’.”
The second Hadeeth is part of a long Hadeeth which was reported by Muslim and its wording is: “Allaah cursed whoever sacrificed for anyone other than Allaah, and Allaah cursed whoever accommodated an innovator, and Allaah cursed whoever cursed his parents, and Allaah cursed the one who changed the boundary lines (of the land possessed by him).”
As regards the third Hadeeth, it was also reported by At-Tabaraani, and by Al-Bazzaar, with a good chain of narrators. Shaykh Al-Albaani classified this Hadeeth as Saheeh due to its various routes of narration in his books “Saheeh At-Targheeb” and “Saheeh Al-Jaami’.”
