Question
Is there a Hadeeth indicating that the Ka‘bah will be destroyed at the end of time?
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said that an Abyssinian with very thin legs will destroy the Ka‘bah. [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Ibn Hajar, the Shaafi‘i scholar 
said that this will happen near the Day of Resurrection, when no one on the earth will mention the name of Allaah The Almighty anymore.
The Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, ordered us to hasten to frequently perform Hajj (pilgrimage), ‘Umrah (lesser pilgrimage) and Tawaaf (circumambulating the Ka‘bah) before a man with very thin legs destroy the Ka‘bah. [Ibn Hibbaan, Ibn Khuzaymah, Al-Haakim, and At-Tabaraani in Al-Kabeer] Al-Albaani graded this Hadeeth as Saheeh (Authentic)
