Question
I would like to know what am I supposed to do in my case. I have a wet dream and the ejaculation happens and the underpants are wet and the semen penetrates into the pants and from outside it is slightly wet. In this case while sleeping my blanket would rub against my pants . And when I wake up I am not able to see any traces of semen on the blanket so should I wash it or can I just use it without washing and if I can use without washing does that mean I can sleep on it and wake up for fajr and pray or do I have to do ghusl if I don’t wash the blanket and sleep on it
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
Semen is pure according to the view of the majority of the scholars. This is the chosen opinion and the view that we adopt here at Islamweb.
Accordingly, there is no problem in your issue at all. If we presume that the semen stained the bed, then this does not harm because it is pure. Therefore, it is not an obligation to purify the bed or the clothes that are stained with it.
You should get rid of these whispers as giving in to them leads you to a great evil.
