My mother is suffering with Arthritis and she can't walk long distances and problem walking on stairs. She wants to perform Hajj this year along with my father. They will be traveling from India. I and my wife will be traveling for Hajj from Doha, Inshaa Allaah. Can I ask your advice on this regard in making their Hajj without any difficulty? Please pray for us so that we can complete Hajj without fail this year.

We thank the questioner brother for his desire to facilitate his parents' Hajj. We supplicate Allaah to count it in your good deeds.
We advise you to do what you can do to make your parents' Hajj as easy as possible, such as hiring a wheelchair for your mother who cannot walk for a long distance and hiring someone to help her when performing circumambulation around Ka'bah and walking between Safaa and Marwah if you cannot do it yourself. If you can live in accommodation near to their accommodation then it is better. Also you have to help them in all other rites of Hajj such as throwing pebbles; you may throw on behalf of the one who cannot carry out this obligation, if he/she authorized you. However, authorizing some one to make circumambulation around Ka'bah or to walk between Safaa and Marwah, or to stay at 'Arafah or spent the night at Muzdalifah, is not allowed.
Know that serving your parents in Hajj is among the greatest actions of being kind to them. Probably, it might be a reason for being admitted into
We supplicate Allaah to accept your and your parents' good deeds.
Allaah Knows best.
