Being in seclusion with a man to perform Ruqyah on her

Question:
Assalamu Alaikum, my wife has been affeted by witchcraft. i consulted a religous person who communicates wit JINNS.and he said tat my wife is been affected. in order to break da witchcraft he wanted me n my frend to recite certain surahs from quran, while he was wit ma wife in a room. he said i cant be wit my wife in da room coz female jinns wont come. i dont kno how far dis is true. later my wife said tat he (religous person) tried to misbehave wit her. this has been happening everytime we involve in breakin da witchcraft. i keep reciting in da hall & he takes her to da room. i want to save my wife from witchcraft,, so im helples..now my wife is pregnant,, these past incidents hav been a mind tourture to me, makes me think tat its not my baby. PLEASE HELP ME. Can this person who communicates wit Jinns, hyptotise my wife & take advantage. but my wife says tat she din not lose her concious to him. now tat person got to kno tat my wife has informed me bout his misbehaviour. den i informed him strictly tat no more takin her alone. if he can help me on witchcraft il be wit my wife. if he cant lyk tat i said lets leave it in Allahs (swt) hands & He alone can decide my fate. now tat person say tat he wil do da needful alone... im REALLY CONFUSED. PLEASE HELP ME. May Allah (swt) Bless you All.
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
If this man truly asked to be in seclusion with your wife, then it is not permissible for both of you to go to him or be treated by him. Indeed, you were deeply wrong when you allowed him to be in seclusion with your wife; hence you should seek repentance for having done so.
Moreover, it is not permissible for you to accuse him and your wife of having committed adultery without evidence. The baby she is pregnant with is to be traced back to you unless you deny it, in such case you resort to Li'aan which is detailed in Fatwa 89532.
Your wife may perform Ruqyah by herself or you may perform it on her. If there is a need for a marriageable man to perform Ruqyah on her, then the religious requirements should be met.
