All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
The wife has the right to have children and her husband has no right to prevent her from this right without a sound Islamic reason as we clarified in Fataawa 87397 and 82274.
The wife has also the right to be treated in an acceptable manner by her husband. Nonetheless, if what is meant in the question is that your husband is not fulfilling your sexual desires, then it is among a husband treating his wife in an acceptable manner that he endavours to keep her chaste as much as he could. For more benefit, please refer to Fataawa 89569 and 88304.
Furthermore, if a husband mistreats his wife, then his wife should be patient with him and supplicate Allaah to reform him, and she should advise him in a soft and gentle manner. Besides, she should beautify herself to him, as this leads to better marital relationships. However, if he continues to mistreat her and not fulfilling her rights, and she believes that asking for divorce is better for her, then she may ask him to divorce her even in return for paying him compensation.
