Her mother's boyfriend seeing her without Hijab

Question:
As-Salamu Alaikum,
I am a 15 year old muslim sister and I live with my kaffir mother and her boyfriend. I wear niqaab so when I'm in the house I do the same because he is not a mahram for me. However, there have been difficulties in this because I may be coming out of my bedroom and I think he is downstairs but he is really coming out from his room and he may see me without hijab on. I do not do this intentionally as I may not have my khimars and the like in my room at the time but I leave thinking he cannot see me. When he does see me, am I held accountable for this because I did not put my hijab on, even if I am unsure of where he is?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, may Allaah reward you for being steadfast on the obedience of Allaah and observing Hijab, and we ask Allaah to guide your mother to the truth and enable her to embrace Islam.
We advise you to call your mother to Islam and show her the good traits of this religion and that it is a reason for happiness in this world and in the Hereafter. In doing so, you may make use of the following Fataawa 88906 and 81979.
As regards your appearance in front of that man and him seeing you without Hijab without you having done so deliberately, then you are not sinful for this, Allaah willing as Allaah Says (what means): {And there is no sin on you concerning that in which you made a mistake, except in regard to what your hearts deliberately intend.}[Quran 33:5]
Also, we advise you to be very careful of him and not allow him to be in seclusion with you, and you should treat your mother as clarified in Fatwa 86378.
On the other hand, if you have no money and your mother spends on you and she has no money except what that man gives her in return of his relationship with her, then this is ill-gotten money and you are not permitted to eat from it unless you are forced (by necessity) to do so, in which case, you may eat according to the necessity only, and when you will not be in need, you should not eat.
