All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen said: "If the blood that she had during Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah was menstrual blood and she is sure of this, then her Tawaaf is invalid and she must return to Makkah to perform it once more. She should assume the state of Ihraam, perform ‘Umrah by performing Tawaaf and Sa‘y then shorten her hair and perform Tawaaf Al-Ifaadhah. If she could not return to Makkah because she lives in a country that is far away from it, her Hajj would be valid as she cannot do more than what she did. If this was not menstrual blood and if it occurred because of crowdedness or awe or so forth, her Tawaaf would be valid according to the scholars who do not consider purity a condition for the validity of Tawaaf."
Allaah Knows best.
