All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
What we understood from the question and after visiting the site of the company is that this company is marketing the products of other companies by doing surveys about those products and then it takes a commission for this. We also understood that it does not distinguish between lawful and unlawful products, so it may market a forbidden product as well as a permissible one.
Therefore, if this is the case, then it is permissible to work for the mentioned site in what is lawful, i.e. while abiding by marketing and advertising the lawful products and not the forbidden ones.
Also, it is permissible for a worker to get a commission on his work whether he does it on his own or while sharing other workers, as long as the commission is defined and what he advertises is lawful.
Allaah Knows best.
