All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Injustice and consuming people’s money without right is one of the greatest evil acts; Allaah Says (what means): {And do not consume one another’s wealth unjustly.}[Quran 2:188] Moreover, it is confirmed that the Prophet said: “Beware of injustice because injustice will be darkness on the Day of Judgment.” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
If a person dies while wronging others, then Allaah takes revenge of him for the wronged person. Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Prophet said: “If someone has wronged a person, he has to seek his forgiveness from that injustice before the Day (of Judgment) on which there would be no Dinar nor Dirham. On that Day, if the unjust person has good deeds, then they will be taken from him and if he has no good deeds, then the bad deeds of the person he wronged will be taken off him and transmitted to the wrongdoer.”
Therefore, you may try every trick to get back your money from those people, and if it is not possible to get back your money through the authorities, then you may seek the help of some rational people, like their fathers, chiefs and the like to act as intermediary between you and them to help you get your money back. However, it is not permissible to hurt them or kill them as you mentioned, this will indeed worsen the situation and create anarchy instead of reconciling and getting back your rights.
Allaah Knows best.
