All perfect praise be to Allaah, the Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
The Ruqyah-therapist should make sure through his insight, experience and special ways that the Jinn is not lying or trying to stall. The professional Ruqyah-therapist can make sure of this. If he is sure of his honesty and inability to come out, he should help him by telling him about the places from where he can leave the body; such as, the possessed hand or foot or one of his fingers. Sometimes, a Ruqyah-therapist can gather all of the Jinn in a certain place in the body that appears like a tumor. Shaykh ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Abdur-Rahmaan ibn Jibreen pointed out that this spot could be opened by a needle or something like it. Consequently, black blood is emitted and the patient is cured.
However, the Ruqyah-therapist should not hasten to expel the Jinn if he is unable to leave the body as long as he knows that he is not lying. For the difficulty of leaving the body has many reasons; mainly, the intensity of the magic spell that was cast by the magicians and sorcerers. This case needs a great deal of Ruqyah and recitation of the Quran until the magic spell is weakened.
Allaah Knows best.
