Question:
sallam, I have caught someone doing witchcraft on me. please advice what to I do. fear telling my parents or anyone because his sister is married to my brother and she might be an accomplish to the which craft, kindly
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad 
is His Slave and Messenger.
Practicing witchcraft is one of the greatest sins and one of the deadly sins; it is impermissible for a Muslim to accuse his fellow Muslims of practicing witchcraft without evidence as clarified in Fatwa 136152. If there is evidence proving that a given Muslim is practicing witchcraft, then he should be admonished, reminded of his grave sin, and urged to repent.
The person affected by magic has the right to forgive and pardon the one who cast a spell on him, unless such a pardon would not set him right and deter him from such sinful practices. In such a case, it is better not to forgive him and to report him to the Sharee'ah court (or whatever acts on its behalf). Indeed, it is recommended to forgive the transgressor only if it will drive him to give up transgression and repent. However, if forgiving a transgressor would incur harm (encourage him to indulge more in his transgression), it is better to claim one's rights and not to pardon.
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen 
commented on the verse that reads (what means): {Who spend [in the cause of Allaah] during ease and hardship and who restrain anger and who pardon the people - and Allaah loves the doers of good.}[Quran 3:134] He remarked: "The verse refers to those who pardon the transgressor who afflicted harm on them; when a person pardons those who wronged him and puts things right, he will be rewarded. In this verse, the pardon was not restricted to anything; but Allaah, The Exalted, says in another verse (what means): {...but whoever pardons and puts things right - his reward is [due] from Allaah...}[Quran 42:40] In this verse pardon was conditioned to putting things right, i.e. rectifying the evildoer and transgressor. Pardoning the transgressor is only commendable when it results in rectifying the transgressor. If a person, who is known for transgression and oppression, wrongs another person, he should not be forgiven because it will hearten him to transgress against others. However, if the transgressor is not known for transgression and oppression, and he hardly wrongs others, it is recommended to pardon his transgression."
Finally, the person who practiced witchcraft should be asked to bring the knots with which he made that witchcraft; they should be untied and destroyed so as to undo the spell, Allaah willing.
