An asexual girl is not obliged to tell her suitor about her condition

Question:

Asslamu Alaykum. I'm an Asexual female and have asked a question here before that relates to it and I found your answer very helpful so Jazakallah for your answer, but I still have many questions that I want to know since I can't find many fatwas about asexuality. But the most one that I want to know is, if a man asks to marry me is it obligatory upon us to tell him about my asexuality?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.

You are not obliged to tell your suitor that you are asexual; Muslim scholars underlined the defects which the woman is obliged to tell the suitor about and they are listed in Fataawa 6713 and 173225, so refer to them.

We advise you to ask Allaah to bless you with recovery and to consult specialist doctors regarding your condition.
