All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
If the hall was intended to be a women’s prayer hall, then it is impermissible for a menstruating woman to enter; for its ruling is as the ruling for the Masjid itself. and according to the majority of scholars it is forbidden for menstruating women to stay in a Masjid. However, if this wedding hall was not pre-allocated to be a prayer room for women, even if women pray in it, then it is permissible for menstruating women to enter it.
It is worth mentioning that the bride’s presence during nuptials is not a requirement., Her consent can be taken beforehand and the marriage contract can be fulfilled without her presence..
Allaah Knows best.
