Citation of Mujaahid quote that pointing finger in Tashahhud is 'iron rod' to Satan

Question:
In Fatwa no. 119138 you quoted Mujahid as saying: "It is a hooked rod (of iron) ie. a humiliation and torture for the devil." Where is this quote from and how authentic is it upon him (Mujahid)?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His Slave and Messenger.
This quote was narrated on the authority of Mujaahid and was cited by Ibn Abi Shaybah in his Musannaf and Al-Bayhaqi in his book As-Sunan Al-Kubra. We could not find any of scholars who commented on the authenticity of this report, or classified it as authentic (Saheeh) or weak (Dha‘eef).
