All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
First of all, we thank you for contacting us and having confidence in us even though you are not a Muslim. We welcome you and we hope to serve you in the best manner.
We perceive from your question that you have a sound mind, which we hope will lead you to goodness. Indeed, all goodness lies in embracing Islam, which is the true religion that achieves – Allah willing – happiness for the person in this worldly life and in the Hereafter.
In this regard, please refer to fatwas 88051, 88906 and 81979 about the merits of the Islamic religion.
We would like to let you know, first of all, that our religion does not permit such affectionate relationships except within the framework of a valid marriage. Therefore, it is not permissible to use the Quran in order to realize this sinful relationship.
On the other hand, Islam does not allow going to magicians because this has many negative consequences.
As for the treatment of magic, then we, Muslims, have a legitimate method, which is by performing Ruqyah (healing through Quranic recitation and supplications), and it is permissible for a Muslim to perform Ruqyah on a non-Muslim. Please refer to fatwa 333235.
In any case, if you do not succeed in marrying her, then know that she is not the only woman in this world. Hence, you should not be attached to her or make your life depend on her. There are many women out there. How do you know that you will achieve happiness with her? Many marriages are based on this kind of love and end up in failure.
Allah knows best.
