All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger.
It is impermissible to feature unveiled women in this video or any other one if non-Mahram (marriageable) men might see them because this leads to Fitnah (temptation) and the promotion of immorality, which is contrary to the objective of the Sharia regarding the preservation of chastity and morality. Allah, The Exalted, says (what means): {Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know.} [Quran 24:19] It is impermissible to add any music to this video regardless of whether it be at its beginning, middle, or end.
If this Shaykh stood with an unveiled woman in this video, then this is a violation of Sharia and may lead to Fitnah for himself or for the lay Muslims who regard him as an example to follow. If there is a valid necessity or a likely benefit for it, then there is no harm in it.
The fact that the second video features a picture of an unveiled woman or music at the end does not entail assuming that this person or "Islamic speaker" as you described him was present throughout the advertisement; it is possible that these things (the picture and music) were added to the video during the montage process, which may also be the case in the first video as well.
Allah knows best.
