Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
There is no cure for these whispers except to ignore and repel them, and to not pay any attention to them. So perform ablution for the prayer once only, and no matter how many times the devil whispers to you that you passed wind, just go and perform your prayer and do not be afraid that your prayer will not be accepted. Allah is the Most Generous, as He Says (what means): {To Him ascends good speech, and righteous work raises it.} [Quran 35:10]
If you perform ablution and you doubt, while performing ablution, that you did not wash any part (that must be washed in ablution), then do not care about your doubt and continue your ablution normally as if you washed the part (s) which you doubt that you did not wash.
You should do the same in your prayer and other matters where you have whispers.
Even if you find difficulties at the beginning, it will become easier, Allah willing. So you must try hard until you overcome these whispers. Also, you should consult a trustworthy psychiatrist.
We ask Allah to cure you and heal you from this.
Allah knows best.
