Buying house on mortgage

Question:
I live in Ireland and I would like to by a house though a bank mortgage, I would like to know the conditions that have been released by the European Islamic committee which I believe has a good knowledge about the difficulties in living in European countries.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.
We are not aware of the conditions set by the European Islamic committee for purchasing a house through a usury-taking bank. However, the ruling of Sharia on purchasing through banks is as follows:
If the bank is an Islamic one, then you may purchase a house through this bank implementing the method of Murabaha. To know this method please read the Fatwa: 83608 and 81594.
If the bank is a usury-taking one, in this case purchasing a house (through bank) is not permissible even if you purchase through the method of Murabaha since it would be a kind of cooperation in forbidden activities.
Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {…Help you one another in AlBirr and AtTaqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allah. …}[5:2].
