All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.
Acquiring the knowledge of the truth and following it is the only way that lightens one's way and corrects his behavior. When a Muslim has the knowledge of the truth, he may know those people who follow it. Therefore, our advice is as follows:
1) Aspire to acquire Islamic knowledge and subjects that lead to it, such as the Arabic language, its morphology, knowledge of Usool al-Fiqh (principles of jurisprudence) and Islamic terminology, etc.
2) Choose scholars who are trustworthy in their religion and knowledge.
3) Avoid everyone who builds his religion on ideas and theories that have no basis in Islamic Sharee'ah.
4) Love and support all Muslims and avoid exclusiveness of groups or parties since it promotes fanaticism.
5) When you know the truth, you will know those who are correct in Islam and then it will become easy for you to be with them without exaggeration or negligence in religion.
