Cutting nails and hair during menses

Question:

Is it prohibited to cut nails and hair during women's periods?

Answer:

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

There is no objection for the menstruating woman to cut her nails or her hair and we do not know any disagreement among scholars over this issue.
