How is the case when woman is leading pray for other women, what they speak with voice?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is his slave and messenger may Allaah exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

It is not compulsory for a woman to pray aloud whether in an obligatory prayer or in a supererogatory one. However, she may do so provided no marriageable man can hear her voice.

Allaah knows best.
