All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
The Prophet said: "One of the best aspects of faith is to love for the sake of Allaah, and to hate for the sake of Allaah." [Ahmad].
The scholars stated that a Muslim is taken as a friend, or protector, or helper according to his level of piety and is hated according to his level of disobedience. Therefore, if these sisters are as you have mentioned, that they act contrarily to the teachings of religion, then hating them for what they do is a matter that is required by religion and you are not sinful for hating them, rather you might be rewarded for this.
To take these sisters as friends, protectors or helpers requires that you advise them in a good manner and in soft words and admonish them to avoid mixing with men or talking with men without a need, shaking hands with them and so forth, as this leads to Allaah's Wrath. Besides, you have to clarify to them the seriousness of too much cursing as it is one of the reasons that makes a person enter Hellfire. Also, you have to inform them that it is not permissible for Muslims to quarrel and dispute among themselves. So if this advice is of any avail, all perfect praise be to Allaah, otherwise it would be permissible to end relations with them if it is more likely that abandoning them would bring a benefit.
Allaah knows best.
