All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
We thank the questioner for visiting our site. As for your query about 'makkal' we do not know this word. If you mean that every letter of the Quran has an angel, according to our knowledge, there is no evidence in the Quran or in the narrations proving that. Probably it is a myth of deviant groups as shows their saying that no one can achieve the virtue except the one who follows their way. In fact, such claims are innovations, there is no evidence proving that in the Quran and Prophetic narrations, rather they are plain lies spread by these deviant groups in order to attract the common people to enroll in their groups and adopt their innovations.
A Muslim should not follow them and should not be deceived by such deceits. Contrarily, he has to abide by the teachings of the Quran, Prophetic narrations and the method of the companions of the Prophet . Allaah Says (which means): {O mankind, there has come to you a conclusive proof from your Lord, and We have sent down to you a clear light.}[Quran 4:174].
He also Says (which means): {Follow, [O mankind], what has been revealed to you from your Lord and do not follow other than Him any allies. Little do you remember.}[Quran 7:3].
The Prophet said: "Whoever introduces into this faith of ours that which is not a part of it, it will be rejected." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim] Another narration reads: "Whoever performs an act that is not in accordance with ours (concerning religion), it will be rejected." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]
Therefore, the Sufi groups like Al-Jalaaliya and Al-Jamaaliyah are deviant groups which are not practiced by the Prophet and his companions .
Therefore, a Muslim should be careful not to deceived by such lies and falsehood and should not follow them.
