What is the ruling on marrying a woman who is not circumcised?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

According to the most correct opinion of the scholars it is not an obligation for women to carry out a circumcision. Even according to the view of those who are of the opinion that it is an obligation, it does not have any effect on the validity of marriage with a woman who is not circumcised.
