The ruling of hanging Aayatul Kursi (2:255) on a wall inside the mosque

Question:

Is it an innovation to put Aayatul Kursi [verse 255, chapter two] in a frame and hang it in the mosque?

Answer:

All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.

 

It is not an innovation to put Aayatul Kursi [verse 255, chapter two] or any other chapter or verse  in a frame and then hang it in a mosque or at home, but it should not be hanged on the wall which is in front of the praying people so that it would not distract them from their prayer.
