All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
We do not know any supplication neither in the Book of Allaah nor in the Sunnah of the Prophet that is said when counting money, nor do we know any specific supplication that is said when hearing about the death of a non-Muslim man or woman. Nonetheless, it is confirmed that when a pleasing news was conveyed to the Prophet he would prostrate to thank Allaah; and this is called the prostration for thankfulness.
Therefore, if a Muslim hears about the death of a non-Muslim who is very touch with Muslims, harming or fighting them, then it is permissible for him to prostrate for thankfulness.
For more benefit, please refer to Fataawa 82132 and 83280 about the permissibility of prostrating for thankfulness.
Allaah Knows best.
