Whoever finds it hard to make a living should go to Oman

Question:
What is the status of the Hadeeth which recommends that the person who finds it hard to make a living should go to Oman?
Answer:
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and messenger.
This Hadeeth was narrated by At-Tabraani 
on the authority of Shurahbeel Al-Ja‘fi who attributed it directly to the Prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam.
Al-Haythami judged this Hadeeth to be Dha‘eef. Al-Albaani had the same opinion.
Another narration reads: Whoever faces difficulties in trade should go to Oman. [At-Tabaraani]
Al-Albaani judged this narration also as Dha‘eef.
