When to raise index finger during Tashahhud

I am very satisfied with your answer for pointing the index finger in Tashahhud. But is there any Hadeeth for raising index finger when say 'Ashadu Allailaha Illallah". Fasting and needs to spit while performing prayer

Occasionally in the Rukoo' or Sajadah during the Fajr prayer in congregation, I get a burp which leads to some fluids coming into the mouth from the stomach, because of the position of the body in those two postures.
