Shaving head and cutting short hair on day of Nahr not specific to Mina
After throwing Jamrat Al-‘Aqabah Al-Kubra on the day of Nahr, the pilgrim should shave his head in order to make the first dissolution of Ihram (ritual state of consecration). I performed Hajj this year, and it was very crowded. I took my wife and children with me.
