Ruling concerning someone who misses standing at Muzdalifah for legal excuse

Whether bestiality invalidates hajj and fasting
Apparently, there are some Muslim scholars who have ruled that committing bestiality does not invalidate the Hajj or fasts. Is this true? If it is, then how come sexual intercourse between a married couple does invalidate these religious activities but bestiality does not?

Clipping nails before cutting hair in Hajj
When our agent informed my father that he had slaughtered, I trimmed my nails first and then cut my hair to end my state of ihram. Does that invalidate my Hajj? Also, if a person forgets to say takbeer (Allaahu Akbar) before throwing a stone, then what should they do? I am not sure that I forgot, but it is just a feeling/suspicion. May Allaah reward.. More

Spending on IVF takes priority over paying for Hajj on behalf of a deceased person
Assalaamu alaykum dear scholars. My question is the following: If a person saves money in order to perform the Hajj for his deceased brother (he has performed his own Hajj) but later on plans for IVF from this money as he has no child, then what should he give preference to? Perform hajj or go for IVF?
