Hadeeth about placing hands under navel in prayer
Narrated Hazrat wa'il ibn hujr (r.a.) ' i've seen prophet (pbuh) would place his right hand over his left & beneath the navel. [Musannaf ibn abi shayba , hadith no#3959] Some people say that this hadith is sahih. Other say that this hadith is sahih but the word ' beneath the navel' is an addition. O Allaah I appeal to You for the weakness of my strength...
Asalaam aleikum warahmatullah, My question is regards to the dua the prophet recited when he was on the outskirts of at taif. I read somewhere that the whole narration of the story is weak. Can we still recite the dua anyways? Or is it not recommended. Jazakum Allah Khairan.
