Question
I have few questions, please kindly answer them:
1) Does Wudu nullify when ones cloth reaches above the ankle level or cutting nails or by sneezing.
2) Is it permissible to lead a friendship relationship with a boy from net. A very clean neat decent relationship. A girl who can lead a boy to proper Islamic way of lifestyle and the buy proposes for marriage but the girl refuses man maintains friendship only. Please kindly reply my questions.
Answer
All perfect praise be to Allaah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allaah, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. We ask Allaah to exalt his mention as well as that of his family and all his companions.
Ablution is not nullified by moving the clothes above the ankle, or cutting nails or sneezing. The nullifiers of ablution are discussed thoroughly in our Fatwa: 84093.
However, a woman is not allowed to uncover her ankles to marriageable men. It is also forbidden for a woman to chat or have relations with marriageable men. For more details read Fatwas: 81671 and 84874.
