Translations of Quran meanings are not Quran but they are more honored than other books
As-salaamu 3laikum, I read some of your fataawa clarifying that a translation of the Qur'an is not the Qur'an. Somehow a question came into my mind about whether a translation of the Qur'an is more similar to the Qur'an or to any other book. Arabs sometimes use the plural form to refer to something singular
Aslama alaikum. why does the Qur'an say different things in different places? For example in one surah Allah says to Moses idhhab ills firaun. But in another surah He (swt) says to both harun and musaa idhhabaa. I'm confused one is singular implying that Allah was speaking only to musaa the other is dual. Not degrading to Quran to play it on a laptop placed on a sofa, bed or table
As-salaamu 3laikum, What is the ruling on playing the recitation of the Qur'an from a computer which is on a table on which food is also served or on a couch which people sit on? The meaning of Pharaoh dividing people into 'factions' [Quran 28:4]
Salaam Alaikum. I have a question about 28:4. It states: "Indeed, Pharaoh exalted himself in the land and made its people into factions, oppressing a sector among them, slaughtering their [newborn] sons and keeping their females alive. Is it the Prophet Yusif (as) becuse i though he lived ages before that pharoh, when they reffered to pharos as kings, i seen people saying diffrent things, suchas it reffers to his grandson or the Prophet yusif (as) lived until that time, or that it refers to the pharos forfathers.. Meaning of the word Rooh in verse 17:85
