What it means to 'pass by ill-speech with dignity' (Quran 25:72)

As-salaamu 3laikum, I was studying in a madrasa and they gave me a present of some excerpts from the Qur'an - each of them is one juz'. People use them when they are trying to memorize one hizb or one juz' and they don't want to carry the whole mushaf with them. The meaning of some Soorahs of the Quran having special virtues
As-salaamu 3laikum, I heard that there is a hadeeth which says something like surat al-ikhlas is equivalent to one third of the Qur'an. Is this true and if so what does it mean?
