Menstruating woman may touch Quran with translation or interpretation
You have stated in the Fatwa 81639, 85076, and 87869 that women can touch the Quran with translation or Tafseer if they have menses except Mushf one can you give me a Hadeeth or Quranic verse where you get that from.
